With the era of search bars phasing out, in order to stay competitive your organization must have the ability to "talk" to your KB - and have it talk back.
For decades, we’ve been trained to bow down to the almighty search bar.
Type your query, pray to the keyword gods, and wade through a swamp of links, PDFs, and half-relevant articles until you find what you need (assuming it exists at all).

The quality of that response depends heavily on the knowledge layer underneath. RAG alone improves access. But when it’s guided by structured relationships, like in GraphRAG, accuracy improves further for complex, multi-step issues. Take it one step further, and a taxonomy-driven graph gives the AI explicit understanding of products, components, and known issues. That means more context, fewer missed connections, and dramatically higher accuracy and relevance on the first answer.
