Chief Executive Officer
Alan Jacobson is the Chief Executive Officer of Ninoh Inc (dba Implicit), driving our mission to provide grounded, accurate, and efficient AI results with military grade security.
Alan is recognized as a top leader in the global automotive industry with an Automotive Hall of Fame Leadership & Excellence award and as an Outstanding Engineer of the Year by the Engineering Society of Detroit. He works with the National Academy of Engineering and other organizations as an advisor on data science topics. Alan received DataIQ’s Most Influential Data Scientist in the US honors in 2024.
Alan serves as an advisor to several high-performing technology companies.
Alan earned his bachelor’s degrees in engineering from the University of New Hampshire and received his master’s degree in mechanical engineering from Virginia Tech.
Chief Technology Officer
Adam Blacke is the Chief Technology Officer of Ninoh Inc (dba Implicit), leading the engineering and data science work behind the governed knowledge layer that serves our users and their AI agents.
Adam has spent his career building analytics and data science organizations at enterprise scale. He served as Vice President of Data Science at Alteryx, where he led the team responsible for putting advanced analytics in the hands of business users, and earlier held data science, business intelligence, and systems roles at Ford Motor Company and Lake Trust Credit Union.
Adam is an active voice in the analytics community on data science practice, automation, and building technical teams that keep learning.
Adam earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Northwood University.
